PROJECE DESCRIPTION: The applicant is applying for a Development Permit to construct a 3 storey commercial building at 2248 Elgin Avenue. The ground floor of the commercial puilding (approximately 6415 square feet) will consist of two retail areas with accessory office use. The second floor of the commercial pbuilding wiil be approximately 6930 square feet and will consist of two professional offices on the front and two offices in the rear. The third floor of the commercial building will consist of four two bedroom apartments. The third floor will have approximately 5964 square feet.
