Good solid plan, nice layout.

Would be interested in their preload fill once it become available.

The Parks Department would prefer the 9 oak trees on the future road
to be pianted inside the property to eliminate future maintenance
costs.

DISCUSSION:

The proposed building follows the guidelines for Development Permit Area I
to provide a good image of the community to traffic passing through the
industrial estate. The Development Permit will also regulate the standards
for landscaping to provide sreening along Kingsway Avenue, Langan Avenue and
Coast Meridian Road.
