Accessory Home Businesses.

THAT Council approve in principle the following Zoning Bylaw amendments to
permit accessory home businesses in all single-family and duplex zones:

1. Replace the existing definition of Accessory Home Occupation Use with the
following:

“Accessory Home Business Use

Means a business, occupation or profession carried on in a dwelling unit
by a resident of that dwelling unit, which is accessory to the residential
use of the dwelling unit and does not change the residential appearance or
character of the building or lot in which it is located."

Add Section 512 to the Supplementary Regulations as follows:

"512. ACCESSORY HOME BUSINESSES:

Accessory home businesses are permitted in all RS and RT zones,
provided that:
