Re: Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 2161 Considered
at Pubtic Hearing Earlier This Evening.

Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 2161, considered at a Zoning Public Hearing heid
earlier This evening, is available for third reading.

Counci! policy requires the Clerk to bring the availability of this bylaw
for third reading to the attention of the Council at this time. The Counci!
may now decide whether it wishes to give third reading Immediately or delay
it until fhe next meeting so that any representations made at the Hearing

can be fully considered.

In order to preserve the judicial nature of the procedure by which Counci!
gives consideration to requests for rezoning it Is not possible for further
representations from the applicant or the public to be received now that the

Public Hearing has been adjourned. | -
