Dear Janna:

The Port Coquitiam Amateur Athletic Association is
planning to nold the Afi Sports Queen's Bal! and Tea in 1986,

We feel this Is a worthwhile event that has been missed by
The Minor Sports the past two years. ‘

In the past, these two events "sve been held in
conjunction with the All Sports Carnival and we have had the
use of the Wilson Centre and the Mabbertt Room at no cost.

We would at this time, like to request the rental on these
two facilities be waived again, as these.are not. fund raising

events. - oe

We have planned the Queen's Tea tor February 12th and the
Ball for February 15th, 1986.

We would gratefully appreciate your assistance in helping
uS TO keep within our budget. .
