The Dollar amounts stated in Section 1 of this Schedule are based on the
City's Preliminary Engineering Design and Preliminary Cost Estimates. As a
result of Final Engineering Design to be carried out by tha Developer, quantities,
locations, sizes, atc. might vary from that determined from the preliminary work
and the City does not in any way ensure that actual increased costs resulting
from the Final Approved Engineering Design and Tender Cail will not oceur. Any
increased costs over and above the stated bonding amount of $70,045.00 shall be
the respensibility of the Developer.
