DRAFT RESOLUTION SEP 3 0 1974

_ WHEREAS the Westminster Credit Union, 422-6th Street, New Westminster,
B.C. is the registered owner in fee simple of Lot 79, District Lot 379 and
Lot 80 of District Lots 379 and 463 all of Group 1, Plan 39823, New Westminster

District;

AND WHEREAS the said Westminster Credit Union is presenting.to the
Registrar of the New Westminster Land Registration District a summary petition
under Section 11 of the Plans. Cancellation Act requesting the cancellation of
the line dividing the said Lots 79 and 80 each from the other so that the said

Lots become one parcel;

AND WHEREAS the Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam is the holder
of a charge by way of right-of-way registered against the said property under

Number K34586;

AND WHEREAS the consent of the Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam
to the said summary petition is required;

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitlam herewith consents to the filing of a summary petition under Section 11
of the Plans Cancellation Act respecting the property hereinbefore described;

AND THAT His Worship the Mayor ¢:d City Clerk be authorized to execute
the necessary document signifying the City's consent and to affix the Corporate

Seal thereto.
