Greater Vancouver Regional District, March llth, 1974, submitting GVRD re mosquito a report from the Director of Operations on mosquito ‘control and advising that contral oo, function the Board's Executive committee resolved the following on February 20th, 1974: “Phat the Dire ector of Finance and Administration apply for the Supplementary Letters Patent; and further, that each member municipality who expects to par- ticipate, nominate | a menber for a committee te carry out ‘co-ordinating arrange- ments with ‘the. other. Regional Districts.” | ‘The Regional District, in its letter, further stated that as the Supplemen- tary Letters Patent have now been requested, it will be appropriate for the Council to nominate a member to the committee to co-ordinate arrangements with the Dewdney- Aloutte, Central Fraser Valley, and Fraser-Cheam Regional Districts.
