the Board's Executive committee resolved the following on February 20th, 1974:
“Phat the Dire ector of Finance and Administration apply for the Supplementary

Letters Patent; and further, that each member municipality who expects to par-

ticipate, nominate | a menber for a committee te carry out ‘co-ordinating arrange-

ments with ‘the. other. Regional Districts.” |
‘The Regional District, in its letter, further stated that as the Supplemen-

tary Letters Patent have now been requested, it will be appropriate for the Council

to nominate a member to the committee to co-ordinate arrangements with the Dewdney-

Aloutte, Central Fraser Valley, and Fraser-Cheam Regional Districts.

That with respect to the proposed undertaking by the Greater Vancouver Region-
al District of mosquito control as a function Alderman L.M. Traboulay be and he is

hereby nominated the member to represent the City: uf Port Coquitlam on a committee

to carry out co-ordinating arrangements with the other Regional Districts.Carried.
