| Coquitlam “Hospital Board that the’ Port Coquitlan city ‘council would Like: to

receive written ‘reports of meetings and proce edures of thet Board, and advis-
ing that the practice she has followed since her appointment to the Hospital.
Board | is to communicate with Council by letter when something important néed-
ed to be brought to its attention and by telephone with individual “council~
lors when information was sought. Mrs. Angus enclosed with her - letter a

newspaper article quoting Alderman Meyer as having said the Council is "“Lack-

ing in reports on procedures and progr ess of the Coquitlan Hospital Boar

and she further stated in her letter that “there has been a problem with one

Councillor, Phil Meyer, reporting my conversations with hin to Council inae-

curately." Two letters from the Coquitlam and District Hospit tal Society,

both dated . Novenber 24th, 1973, were also submitted - the first being a reply

to. a letter from the > City dated November 2ist, 1973 advising of ‘the. Council's ‘oe _

desire for a further joint necting between representatives of the. three local”

Councils, Area "BY and the Board; stating therein that should the Council pre--

fer the Board to arrange a special joint meeting it would appreciate being so

advised in order that the requixed four days’ notice may be given to its

Trustees and enclosing a copy of the Board's November 8th, 1973 minutes ~ and

the second advising of the provisions of the Board's Constitution and By-laws

relating to municipal appointments. |
