REPORTS:

From Deputy Engineer, September 30th. 1993 regarding Cost Sharing of Road Paving -
1960/90 Coquitlam Avenue.

Secon ‘ouncillor Talbot:

That the City expend $5,235 towards the reinstatement of the northern portion of the road
pavement in front of the developments, between 1960 to 1990 Coquitlam Avenue.

That Council allocate $5,235 from Special Public Works Capital Reserve Fund for this
purpose.

From the City Planner, September 30th, 1993 regarding Rezoning Application No. 64/93
and Development Permit Application No. 65/93 for 3600 and 3614 Westwood Street.

Seconded by Councillor Gordon:

That Rezoning Application No. 64/93 for 3600 and 3614 Westwood Street be approved to
proceed for rezoning from RS-1 (Large Lot Residential) to C-2 (Neighbourhood Commercial)
under Section 963 of the Municipal Act subject to:

a) Completion of a design to the satisfaction of the Director of Planning;

b) Satisfaction of Engineering Department requirements;

c) Submission of landscaping plans to the satisfaction of the Parks and Recreation Department;
d) Satisfaction of Building Department concerns;

e) The project being subject to 1993 rates for Development Cost Charges;

f) Consolidation of the propcities into one lot;

g) Issuance of a Development Permit; and

Registration of a statutory Right of Way to provide unrestricted access to Lot 90, Plan
33968, and Lot 193, Plan 44046;

That the Planning Department be authorized to draft Development Permit No. 65/93; and

That the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to sign the documents when completed subject to
the conditions noted above.
