5. Section 25 of the Bylaw is amended by adding the following subsection:

"(c) the owner of any dangerous dog impounded under this Bylaw may reclain
the dog upon application to the Poundkeeper and on proof of ownership
and upon payment of the licence fee for the current year, if the
licence fee has not been paid, and the expenses incurred in
impounding and maintaining such dog, as follows:

(i) pound fee of $250.00; and
(11) per day or part day a maintenance cost of $5.00."
6. This Bylaw shall) be cited as “City of Port Coquitlam Pound and Animal
Regulation Bylaw, 1970, No. 1020, Amendment Bylaw No. 2676, 1992”,
Read a first time by the Municipal Council this lith day of May, 1992.
Read a second time by the Municipal Council this llth day of May, 1992.

Read a third time by the Muaicipal Council this 11th day of May, 1992.
