Thia was initially considered by the Flanning Department, however the
differences between the initially proposed "Induatrial Park Zone" and
the current "Clean Industrial Zone" were negligible.

DISCUSS LON:

The concerns raised at the Public Hearing were of a very ininor nature
and regarding items that were extensively considered in the preparation of the
amendments to the Clean Industrial Zone. Should Council, have further concerng
with the interface between Clean Industrial uses and Residential uses in the
MeLean/Broadway area, the Planning Department would suggest that this property
may be included within a Development Permit Area for additional deaign control.
