neighborhood. Shopping and services offered are
limited so they will not dilute mazket area of
neighborhood shopping malls or downtown.

Service Commercial - are sales and services oriented
to business and sales that cater to both industry aned
individuals eg., Auto Supply or Lumber Yard.

Waterfront Comprehensive Development area provides for
a combination of water oriented commercial and
recreation uses. Shopping and services offered are
oriented to recreation and tourists.

the vicinity.
