From the City Clerk/Deputy City Administrator, July 20, 1989 concerning
the proposed sale of 18.3 acres of City property located at 1408 Chelsea
Avenue.

Moved by Alderman Keryluk:
Seconded by Alderman Wright:

WHEREAS the lands hereinafter described are required for municipal
purposes nor are they reserved or dedicated;

NOW THEREFORE be it resolved that:

1. Lot 1, Seetion 7, Township 40, Plan 74406, new Westminster District,
Port Coquitlam, B.C.,

be sold by tender if a bid acceptable to Council is received;

The City Clerk igs hereby instructed and authorized to publish and
post the “Pagal Property for Sale By Tender” notice appearing in the
Agenda documents of this Council Meeting;

The terms and conditions contained therein are hereby approved;
