Hospital Society from the Greater Vancouver Regional District, and that oe fo
one of the major areas of concern to the community is the lack of local
representation on the Board of the Fraser Burrard Hospital Society, along
with the: fotlowing resolution;

"THAT the City of Port Moody request that the Ministry of Health
increase the number of sitting members of the Fraser Burrard Hospital]
Society to provide for the appointment of a Member at Large to represent
