A By-law to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Building and Plumbing

Code Administration. By-law, 1974, No. 1298", )

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:
1. Clausé (a). of the "Schedule of Building Permit Fees" provided by
Appendix "A" of the "City of Port Coquitlam Building and Plumbing Code
Administration By-law, 1974, No. 1298" is amended by striking out the figure

"$450.00" where it appears between the words "of" and "for" in the last line

thereof and substituting the figure "$800.00".

2 This By-law may be cited for all purposes as the "City of Port

Coquitlam Building and Plumbing Code Administration By-law, 1974, No. 1298,

Amendment By-law, 1977, No. 1497".
