Re: Proposed Subdivision of Lot 177, Plan 41804 ~- Our File $#23-73

Attached hereto please find a print of the above mentioned
Proposed subdivision. Would you please place this on the agenda for
Council's consideration with the request that Lots 198 - 204 inclusive
be exempted from the frontage requirements of the City's Subdivision of
Land By-law under the provisions of Section 712 (2) of the Municipal
Act. The preplanning scheme for this area was discussed at the regular
Council meeting held Monday, April 10th, 1972 and at this time the
Council approved a similiar exemption of Lots 12° ~ 164 inclusive
immediately south of this proposed subdivision.
