A Bylaw to Amend the "Traffic Regulation Bylaw, 1971, No. 1117". The Municipal Council of the Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows: 1. This Bylaw may be cited for all urposes as the "Traffic Regulation Bylaw, 1971, No. 1117, Amendment Bylaw, 1994, Nu. 2881". That Division 6 of "Traffic Regulation Bylaw, 1971, No. 1117" is repealed and replaced by the regulations attached as Schedule "A" to this bylaw. The following provision is added as Section 801(a) of "Traffic Regulation Bylaw, 1971, No. 1117: | "801(a) Notwithstanding Section 801, any person who operates or uses an overloaded or oversized vehicle contrary to Section 602 of this bylaw is liable to a fine of not less than $100.00, and in addition, to a penalty of $10.00 per 100 kg. or part of it, of the gross weight in excess of that allowed by the regulations or a permit under the Commercial, Transport Act."
