this application be approved to proceed for rezoning from RS-1 to
under Section 963 of the Municipal Act subject to:

Satisfaction of the Engineering Department's requirements;
Relocation of existing building; and

Satisfaction of Building Code requirements at the time of Building
Permit.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

This application is for subdivision of Lot 54, Section 6, Township 40,
Plan 30349 addressed as 3566 Coast Meridian Road, and will permit the creation
of 2 RS-2 lotsa. The existing house is to be demolished or moved to the .
proposed new south lot. There is an existing shed on the north lot which will

be removed.

Engineering Department:

1. Road Widening 8m (1/2 + 1M) fut. 14m c/c

2. Barrier curb and gutter and boulevard.

3. Install one ornamental street light.

4, May be constructed under 1992 Capital Works program < sidewalk let
down, safiitary connection, water connection. If the Cavital Works
program does not proceed then applicant will have *o de the work. If
they do proceed then they only pay development cost charges end City
