Moved by Alderman Farnworth: Seconded by Alderman Stewart: THAT City Hall be designated as the principal command centre for the City's Emergency response program. AND THAT Hyde Creek be retained as first back-up command centre, AND THAT if there will not be any City owned facility built on Citadel Heights in which space can be designated for emergency use, the City approach School District #43 for assignment of suitable space in Hazel Trembath Elementary School to enable an area in the school to be used as a second alternative command centre.
