RECOMMENDATION: That City Council direct the Clerks Office to
: prepare a bylaw rezoning Lot 40, Block D, SW
1/4, ‘Section 7, Twp 40 Plan 25211.

‘COMMENTS:

"1. This application is to permit a lot to be subdivided into two
lots as an infil! subdivision. It should be noted that this
iot is one of the few remaining parcels that can be subdivided
as most of the neighbouring lots have already been subdivided.

Utility services for this proposed lot was instaited as part
of a larger subdivision to the east. © ,
