Re: Consultant for the Proposed Reeve Street Soccer Field.

With reference to your November 4th, 1983 memorandum concerning
the above noted subject this will advise that when The same was
placed before a regular Council meeting held on November 7th,
1983 the following resolution was passed: -

"That Willis, Cunliffe, Tait/Deican be retained as the
consultant to do the design work for the soccer field at Reeve
Street Park.

That Willis, Cuntiffe, Tait/Delican be asked to review the merits
of a grid system and a parallel system of drainage,

Thet the cost for the design work not exceed $10,000.00.
