Moved by Alderman Keryluk: Seconded by Alderman Laking: That The Gorporation of the City of Port Coquitlam concur with the following resolution made by the District of Coquitlam: That the Municipal Manager be authorized to proceed with negotiations a with the British Columbia Building Corporation for a further three year lease of the Court Area of the Justice Building, commencing April 1, 1979; AND THAT the sum of $7,500.00 be included in the 1979 City Budget to cover our share of the cost of providing temporary office space for - the R.C.M.P. Carried. The City Administrator, April 20th, 1979 advising of the proposed change in Assessment Procedures for local. improvement construction and recommending a reduction of the maximum front foot charge on any parcel from the present 100' to 66'. Wingrove be authorized to attend the B.C. Fire Chiefs Annual College in Richmond, B.C. May 6th to 10th, 1979 and that his expenses be paid.
