That The Gorporation of the City of Port Coquitlam concur with the
following resolution made by the District of Coquitlam:

That the Municipal Manager be authorized to proceed with negotiations

with the British Columbia Building Corporation for a further three year
lease of the Court Area of the Justice Building, commencing April 1,
1979;

AND THAT the sum of $7,500.00 be included in the 1979 City Budget
to cover our share of the cost of providing temporary office space for -

the R.C.M.P.

The City Administrator, April 20th, 1979 advising of the proposed
change in Assessment Procedures for local. improvement construction
and recommending a reduction of the maximum front foot charge on any
parcel from the present 100' to 66'.
Alderman Ranger introduced a by-law to amend the "Local Improvement
Charge By-law, 1969, No. 912".
