Re: Southside Baptist Church - Request
for Temporary Trailer for Sunday
School Use

The Southside Baptist Church at 2125 Mary Hill Road
has requested permission to locate a trailer on the church site
on a temporary basis for Sunday School use.

In a discussion between the church representative and
the Planning Department, the church representative was advised
that the Planning Department had no objection provided the use
of the trailer is for a specified period of time only and that
the church will undertake certain improvements on the site.

Subsequent to that discussion, a letter of undertaking
was received from the church which outlines the nature of work
the church will undertake. The letter also specifies that the
use of the trailer is for a period of two years. A copy of the
letter is attached.

This request was dealt with by the Committee and the
Committee recommends that approval be given.
