The owner, Indian Wells
execute a standard City of Port Coquitl
return for compensation in the amount o In addition, the
City will be required to be responsible for legal and survey costs
relating to the registration at the Land Registry Office of a right of
way plan anda right of way agreement.

Information has been obtained from the Assessment Authority
and also from the right of way acquisition section of the Greater Vancouver
Sewerage & Drainage District. Based on the information received from
these people I am prepared to recommend that the City Council execute
the standard Right of Way Agreement and pay the sum of $2,000.00 for the
right of way acquisition. This would appear to be fair and reasonable

urider the circumstances.
