REPORTS: -
From the Planning & Zoning Committee, March 2ist, 1974, advising that

Nu-West Development Corporation Led. has applied for rezoning of approximately

38 acres & land on Cedar Drive to permit subdivision for residential purposes

which would ‘ultimately consist of a total of 212 units and that the Company
plans: to phase these over the next three years in order to. lessen the impact
on school construction and servicing, etc,

The City Clerk advised that representatives of Nu-West Development, Corp-

oration Ltd. were in attendance at the meeting this evening, and he also. sta-

ted that a letter had been received from the Association of Concerned Citizens,

March 25th, 1974, strongly recommending that the rezoning of this property

‘not be considered until after the City Council meets with the School Board

and assurance is received that adequate schools will be available on all the

North side. of Port Coquitlam.
