These sane circumstances alsc apply to
activities within the home mt to mention disturbance
of sleep due to the noise during the late evening.

During the inclement or darker months,
this mise is accentuated by the seemingly necessity
to warm up vehicles prepatory to them leaving the lot.

All in all, the proposed use can do nothing
but make a bad situation worse, in so far as adjacent
residents being able to enjoy the amenities of their
homes.
