DISCUSSION:

The proposed rezoning generally complies with the Official Community Plan
for infill development and the Zoning Bylaw requirements, but requires
approval of a Development Variance, for relaxation of Lot depth.

It ig recommended that this application be approved, subject to the
conditions noted above.
