REPORTING PROCESS The Municipal Engineers’ Division are collaborating with the sc Road Builders Assaciation and the Consul ing Engineers of BC on a Toinf Municipal Cammittee. A Task group of three people from this committee, will manage this project on hehalf af M.F.N. The consultant will meet with the Task Group initially to ensure that there is clear understanding of the project and then subsequently each month of the project to: * Discuss cost and progress to date. * Review drafts of each specificatizn. rt is intended that each draft will be forwarded to the BC Road Builders for their comment. The Consultant will seek guidance from municipalities and other consultants as he sees fit. However, the Task Force will include members from these two groups. PROPOSED SCHEBULE OF PROJECT AWARD 1. December 3rd. to December 19th. Ten consultants will be asked to indicate their interest in the project and provide the Task Group with information on Company and staff experience in this ‘field. ae 2. December llth.
