On behalf of the Terry Fox Senior Secondary Band we would
like to address City Council on Monday, April 13, 1987.

Qur band has won competitions locally and have been invited
to represent British Columbia in Ottawa next month. We would be most

appreciative to receive any financial assistance the City would be
willing to give.

This honor is a reflection of the hard work and dedication
of our young local citizens, we hope that City Council will support
and recognise our enthusiasm and help us achieve the opportunity to
represent our city in the upcoming competion in Ottawa.

Mr. Jim Bryson, Band Director, will be present to answer any
