A Bylaw to designate the Port Coqul tiam
City Halt as a Municipal. Heritage Site,

WHEREAS under the provisions of the Herttage Conservation Act, belng Chapter 165
of the Revised Statutes of British Columbia, 1979, a Municipal Counct | may, by
bylaw, designate a bullding, structure or land, In whole or In part, as a
municipal heritage site:

AND WHEREAS the Municlpal Council! of The Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitiam deems it deslrous to designate the structure known as the "Port
Coquitlam City Hall as such a heritage site;

NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Counc! 1! of The Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitiam enacts as fol lows:

The structure known as the Port Coquitiam City Hall situated on the parce! of.
real property hereinafter descr | bed; ;

Lots 35 and 36 of Block 2 of Lot 379, Group One, Plan 1213, New Westminster
District; :

Is hereby designated as a municipal herl-tage site.

This Bylaw may be cited for al! purposes as the "Port Coquitiam City Halt
