BYLAW NO. 1954

A Bylaw to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning
Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651",

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of. the City of
Port Coquitlan in-open meeting assembied, enacts ‘as Follows:

l. Section lof the "City of. Port. Coquitian. Zoning
Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651" is amended by repealing the definition
of "Service: Station Use" therein contained and substituting. the
Following: .

"Service Station use means a use providing For. the
‘dispensing of. motor fuels, including. gasoline, liquified
petroleum gas, and compressed ‘natural: gas, or: .
lubricating oils; includes the servicing or.repair: of.

motor vehicles, the sale of automobile accessories ; —_
“excludes all other sales’ and services. . So -_

striking out the words "Gasoline Service Stations" and
substituting therefor the words "Service Stations".

3. Section 38 (1). (a) (ii i) of the Bylaw is amended
“by striking out the. ‘word "Gasoline" and substituting the words
"Motor Fuel". aad .

"City of: Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 165i, Amendment
Bylaw, 1983, No. 1954", -

Twenty- First day of March, 1983.
