A Bylaw to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1979, MAR 23 {982

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlan,

in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:
1. Section 49(5) (ea) of the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1979,
No. 1651" igs repealed and the following substituted:

"(e) Senior Citizens Housing (i) 1 for each 5 dwelling units
where a public transit stop
is located within 50m (164 ft.)
and retail shopping facilities
are located within 200m (656 ft.)
of the nearest boundary ‘of the
lot on which the Senior Citizens

Housing is located.

lL for each 3 dwelling units where
a public transit stop and retail
shopping facilities are nor located

within the distances specified in
sub clause (i) above."

2. This Bylaw may be cited for all Purposes as the "City of Port Coquitlam

Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651, Amendment Bylaw, 1982, No. 1887",
