The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam

‘will hold a Public Nearing in the Council Chambers, Port Coquitlam City Mall,

2272 McAllister Avenue, Port Coquitlam, B.C. on Monday, March 9th, 1981 at

7:36 p.m. to consider the following proposed by-law to amend the "City-of
Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1979, No. 1651";

By-law No. 1813: to rezone Lot 2, Block 2, District Lot 255,

Group One, Plan 13232, Naw Westminster District, from RS-1 tao

RT-1.

This preperty is located at 1915 Pitt River Road and following

completion of the rezoning procedures it is expected that the

existing house located thereon will be removed and a duplex.
dwelling will be constructed.

A copy.of the proposed By-law, and other relevant documents, may be
inspected in the Office of the City, Clerk, Port Coquitlam City Hall, at the
address given above, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. -— on working
days - from February 26th, 1981 to March 9th, 1981,

All persons who deem their interest in property affected by the
- proposed Ly-law shall be afforded an Opportunity to be heard at the Public

Hearing on-matters contained in the By-law.
