and should any such charge remain unpaid on the thirty-first (31st)
day of December, it shall forthwith be entered on tha real property
tax roll in respect of the real property aforementioned as taxes in arresr.
Tl. Every person who violates any of the Provisions ofthis By-law, or who
suffers or permits any act or thing to be done in contravention cr in
violation of any of the provisions of this By-law, or who heglects to do
or refrains from doing anything required to be done by any of the provisions
of this By-law, shall be deemed to be guilty of an infraction thereof,
and Viable to the penalties imposed by this By-law.
Every person who violates any provision of this By-law shall be

guilty of an offence tjainst this Sy-law, and shali be Mable on Summary

conviction, to a fine not exceacing Five Hundred Dollars ($500.05) and
costs for each offence, and in default of payment thereof forthwith, to
impriscnment in the common gaol for any period not exceeding thirty (30)

days unless the said fine or penalty and costs, if any, be sooner paid.

For each day that a violation is permitted to exist, it shall contitute

a separate offence,
