REPORT TO COUNCIL February 23rd, 1972,

Both the Land Sales Committee and the Environmental Sub-Cominittee
have agreed in the necessity to have Mr. Howard Paish outline the viable
area as detailed in the Ecologly Study and define the area to a legal map.

This would eliminate the necessity of calling upon Mr. Paish every
time a zoning application is processed in or around the Study Area,

A budget price of $250.00 was suggested, which should cover the cost

‘of the work. We would Tike Council's approval of this amount to proceed with

the plan as quickly as possible.
