Approval of this application will permit the strata-title subdivision of a
conforming existing warehouse.

Approval of a landscape plan will improve the site appearance.

The strata-title subdivision of the property will not generate additional
requests for services. As the current legal use of the property would not be
altered, approval of this application is recommended.
