Vie eal rr at A Bylaw to amend the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows: The following definitions are added to Section 101 of the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240", in alphabetical sequence within that Section: ARCADE: Arcade means any premises accessible to the public where pool, billiards, snooker, or similar games are played or offered as a principal use, or where more than two amusement machines are available for use, upon payment for the game or use of the amu-sment machines, but excludes neighbourhood pubs, hotel lounges and private licensed p: mises where the above mentioned games and machines are offered as an accessory or subordinate uSé. AMUSEMENT MACHINE: Amusement machine means a device operated electrically, mechanically or manually for the purpose of providing amusement, entertainment or recreation, and includes without limitation video and pinball machines, but excludes pool and*billiard tables and bowling 7 alleys, Section 902(1)(d) of the Bylaw is deleted and replaced as follows: (d) Shopping centres, excluding arcades. Section 903(1)(e) of the Bylaw is deleted amd replaced as follows: (¢) Auditoriums, dance halls, night clubs and other entertainment establishments, but excluding arcades. section 904(1) of the Bylaw is deleted and replaced as follows: (1) USES PERMITTED: Uses permitted in C-3. This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240, Amendment Bylaw, 1992, No. 2750". FIRST TWO READINGS
