A regular meeting of the Municipal Council of the Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitlam was held in the Council Chambers, Port Coquitlam City Hall, 2580 Shaughnessy
Street, Port Coquitlam, B.C. on Monday, November 16th, 1992, at 7:30 p.m.

Mayor L.M. Traboulay and Councillors M.D. Gates, M.J. Gordon, J.J. Keryluk, R.H.
Talbot, M.A. Thompson, and M.R. Wright were in attendance.

Also in attendance were City Administrator B.R. Kirk, City Clerk S. Rauh, City
Treasurer/Deputy City Administrator J.G. Maitland, Deputy Engineer J.E. Yip, Director of
Planning C.R. Felip, Director of Building Permits and Inspections J. Shardlow, Fire Chief J.
Baillie, Deputy Fire Chief G. Routley, and Personnel Director, V. van Meel.

That the minutes of the Regular Council meeting held on November 9th, 1992 be taken as
read and adopted. .

Carried.

BYLAWS:

Councillor Talbot left the Council Chambers at 7:32 p.m.

Seconded by Councillor Thompson:

That the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1997, No 2240, Amendment Bylaw, 1992, No.
2658" be reconsidered, finally passed and adopted.

Cantied

Councillor Talbot returned to the Council Chambers at 7:34 p.m. and took his place at the
table.

Councillor Thompson introduced a Bylaw to amend the City of Port Coquitlam Business
Licence Bylaw.

That Bylaw No. 2732 be read a first time.
