THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUITL

BYLAW NO. 2641

A Bylaw to stop up and close to traffic a portion of
road shown dedicated on Plan 2106, New Westminster
District in the City of Port Coquitlan.

WHEREAS pursuant to Clause (b) of Subsection (1) of Section 578 of the
"Municipal Act", being Chapter 290 of the revised Statutes of British
Columbia, 1979, the Municipal Council may by bylaw stop up an close to traffic
a highway or any portion of a highway;

AND WHEREAS the Municipal Council of the Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitlam deems it desirable and expedient that certain portions of highway
hereinafter deseribed be stopped up and cloged to traffic;

NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of the Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

lL. ALL that portion of ruad shown dedicated on Plan 2106, New Westminster
District included within the heavy outline on a reference plan certified
by D. Dyck, British Columbia Land Surveyor on the lst day of November,
1991, and described thereon as Parcel 'A' with an area of 77,7 m2, a copy
of which is attached hereto; is hereby stopped up and closed to traffic.

This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "Morgan Avenue (1700
Block) Road Closure Bylaw, 1992, No. 2641".
