Westview agrees that payment will be made to the City as
herein determined and that the City in turn agrees upon
receipt to reimburse Genstar within thirty days.

Genstar agrees that the City is not obligated to Pay any
money to Genstar over and above any amounts the City
collects pursuant to this Agreement.

In the event that Westview is the first Party to proceed
with any Section of the Works, either as the result of
the City requiring that Section of the Works as a
