REAL PROPERTY FOR SALE BY TENDER

The Corporation of the City of Port Ceguitlam invites tenders for the
purchase of the undernoted property:

(a) Lots 89 & 90, District Lot 289, Plan 16702:

(b}) Lots 91 & 92, District Lot 289, Plan 19019;

(c) Lot 1, District Lot 289, Plan 71092;

(d) Portion of lane allowance intended to be cancelled.
all in the New Westminster District, Port Coguitlam, B.C.

This property is located on the South side of the 2200 Block Wilson
Avenue and has a total area of approximately 0.45 ha (1.11 acres}. Only
tenders offering to purchase the entire property will be considered.

Tenders must be enclosed in a sealed envelope plainly marked on the
outside "Tender for 2225 Pitt River Road Property" and addressed to:

Port Coquitlam, B.C.

and be in his hands by 12:00 o'clock noon, Thursday, March 17th, 1988. Any
tender received after this time will be returned unopened as will all tenders
inadvertently opened before the closing time as a result of not being
adequately marked on the outside of the sealed envelope as required,

Terms cf Sale

l. A certified cheque in. the amount of $5 000.00 must accompany each »
tender as a deposit and each tender will be open. for acceptance by the
Council for a period of 30 days. Upon a tender being accepted by the
Council the balance of the offered price must be paid by the
successful tenderer within 30 days or as soon thereafter as requested
or the deposit will be forfeited.

The certified cheques of the unsuccessful tenderers will be returned
no later than 30 days after the closing time specified above. .
