Hydro right of way along the west bank of Mary Hill. The Development permit area includes land east, up the slope from Mary Hill Road, south of the B.c. Hydro right of way and uorth of Mary Hill Bypass, as shown on the map below. Within the south Mary Hill area, the City is implementing a development permit system for properties within the development permit. area zoned for multiple family development, RM-1, RM-2 and RM-3. Pursuant to Section 945(4)(b) and (e) of the Municipal Act, the area shown outlined on the Official Community Plan Map Schedule "B" is designated as the South Mary Hill Apartment Development Permit Area.
