Canopy Encroachment

RECOMMENDATION:

That the Mayor and Clerk be authorised to endorse an
encroachment agreement permitting erection of a canopy along
the Shaughnessy Street frontage extending 1.2 metres over the
sidewalk, road - right-of-way.

COMMENTS:

This application Is to erect a canopy over the Shaughnessy
Street sidewalk. Canoples are an element of the downtown
revitalization scheme which Is being encouraged. in view of
this application's fit [{n with the downtown revitalization

programme approval ts being recommended.
