Plan 71846 trom RS~3 to RS~1t and RM=-3. BACKGROUND & COMMENTS: The above captioned property is a parcel of municipally owned land. The City intends to sel| this property and is prezoning it so that its future use will be known before it is sold. ; It is proposed that the northerly 2,347 hectares of the property be zoned to an RS-i large lot residential zoning designation. the south west corner of the Property, 0.928 hectares, is to be ' zoned to an RM=3 townhouse designation. The rationale for selecting the designation’s is as follows; 7 a) RS-! large tot residential was selected as it is the only residential zoning designation of sutticient size to function on a hill side.
