SUBJECT: South Pitt River Road Residential Development

RESOLUTIONS:

1. That Bylaw No. 2110 be reconsidered, finaily passed
adopted. .

2- That Bylaw No. 2167 be reconsidered, finally passed and
adopted.

3. That Bylaw No. 2168 be reconsidered, finally passed and
adopted.

4. That the resolution following this memorandum authorizing
sale of City land be approved.

5. That the subdivision plan prepared by D.J. Dyck, B.C.L.S.,
and dated the day of March, 1986 covering the subdivision
of land located in the Saskatchewan Avenue/Harbour Street area
of the City west of Pitt River Road be and the same is hereby
approved and that His Worship the Mayor and City Clerk be
authorized to sign the said plan on behalf of the City and to
affix the City's Corporate Seal thereto.

BACKGROUND AND COMMENTS:

The above noted draft resolutions relate to the south Pitt River
Road residential devoalopment planned by Mssrs. Art Ricard and
Charles Hughes and, if approved by Council, will permit the
creation of approximately 68 residential lots and the payment to
the City of $210,260.00 for City land and road allowances
included or to be used by the development.
