2. To the conveyance to the City by the said A.J. Ricard and
Associates Corp., for the sum of $1.00, of that portion of Stratford
Street Stopped up and closed to traffic by Bylaw No. 1907 that
comprises the northerly 1,032 Sq- metres (11,100 sq. ft.) thereof, and

3. To the completion of the transaction prior to September 30th, 1983,
AND THAT His Worship the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to

execute the necessary plans, deeds, or other documents required for the
Purpose aforesaid and +o affix the City's Corporate Sea{ thereto,

as outlined: .

1. The "Nature Area Regulation Bylaw, 1976, No. 1433" is amended by
renumbering Sections 14 and 15 as Section 15 and 16,
respectively and the following is inserted as Section 14:

"i4, The provisions of this By law, except Section 2, do not
apply to the authorized agents, servants, or employees of
the City while working in the Nature Area undertaking any
authorized procedure not prohibited by Section 2,1
