: Conference in Calgary, and stating that as John Nelson had intended to
go this Conference, the required amount therefore has been included in ;
the 1977 Vector Control Budget.

| That as recommended in a memorandum from the City Administrator,
September 19th, 1977, Mr. Tony Kluge, Vector Control Officer, be authorized
to attend the Northwest Mosquito Control Conference in Calgary, October
lith to 13th, 1977, and that his expenses therefore be paid, with the

accepts her resignation with regret, and expressing appreciation for her
seventeen years of service with the City. Carried.
. Alderman Ranger referred to a complaint received from Mr. G.W. Cobb Ald.Ranger re
complaint ré curbs
concerning a curb problem near his residence at 1490 Columbia Avenue, at 1490 Cclumbia
i and the City Engineer advised that not only would this be expensive to
correct, it would be very difficult to do so within the existing road
allowance.

Alderman Ranger then stated he wished the press to take note of the Ald.Ranger re Ann.

fact that the Community Recreation Council will be holding its annual Rec. Committee
general meeting at the Hyde Creek Centre on September 29th, 1977 at 7:30
