AND WHEREAS it is required that a Frontage Tax Assessment Roll be

prepared by the Assessor for Frontage and Local Improvement Tax Purposes

and authenticated by the Court of Revision;

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Assessor for Frontage and

Local Improvement Tax Purposes prepare Frontage Tax Assessment Rolls

with respect to the above-noted Assessment By-laws;

AND THAT the first sitting of the Court of Revision to consider and

deal with the said Frontage Tax Assessment Rolls be held at 4:30 p.m.,

on Tuesday, March 22nd, 1977 at the Port Coquitlam City Hall, 2272

McAllister Avenue, Port Coquitlam, B.%, and from time to time thereafter

as may be convenient and necessary.

That the members of the Planning and Zoning Committee (including the
City Administrator and Planning Officer) and other interested members of

Council attend the Conference on Management of Growth by Local Govenment

in British Columbia, March 25th to 27th, 1977 at the Airport Hyatt
House, and that necessary accommodations be obtained at the Hyatt House.
Carried.
Prior to passage of the foregoing resolution, Alderman Laking

expressed the opinion that the subject of the conference was a very

timely one and urged members of the Planning and Zoning Committee to

plen on attending.
