August 3rd, 1976 portion of lane to be cancelled and included in the development and this was to be accomplished by means of the Land Use Contract provisions, Alderman Mabbett questioned what would happen to the road allowance if the Developer did not wish to purchase the portion previously outlined and the Administrator advised that the property owner to the south was prepared to purchase the total road allowance Yather than the half previously proposed. A brief discussion continued on the merits of the new proposal with respect to landscaping possibilities, and the fact this proposal would mean the driveways were that much further away from the major highway intersection which had been a matter of concern.
